Reports

View detailed reports in your personalized TraceMail dashboard. Visit the Reports page, select a time period, and view your data. Here’s a summary of the data reported:

Trackings sent

The total number of tracked emails sent within the specified time period.

Tracking activities

The number of tracking activities triggered within the specified time period. Each time a recipient opens one of your tracked emails, it counts as a tracking activity. Note that multiple openings of the same email will trigger additional tracking activities.

Recipients

The number of distinct recipients you have sent a tracked email to over the specified time period.

Average opened

The percentage of sent tracked emails that have been opened within the specified time period.

Trackings sent by day

An overview and heatmap showing the number of tracked emails sent each day within the specified time period. Hover over a day to see the exact number.

Time took until a mail was opened

The time it takes for your recipients to open your tracked emails.

Mails opened

The number of emails opened compared to those not opened.
